Just found out a new version Of the 80`s pc game Elite was released over the Christmas period & am gutted ,had all that time off only found the trailer the morning I was due to go back in .

Yep I remember it well both 8 bit and 16 bit formats. I've bought Elite Dangerous and it's ..... well everything it used to be with a few added extras and slightly better gfx. Expensive at £39.99 but I must admit I am enjoying it. Brings back all those memories of how bloody difficult it was to control the space ship and land at a space station! If you are thinking of getting it definitely watch some of the many Youtube tutorials, hints and tips vids.

Similar to Eve only there`s proper dogfighting not predetermined scenarios in combat & there no f***ing subscriptions just pay once & play
