I'm currently on the 5, can't really justify the upgrade to the 5S.
To me it seems the only practical improvements that will be usable on a day to day basis are the fingerprint reader and slow motion video. The camera spec itself doesn't even seem that much better, it's just the extra processing power that enables better software features like the 120fps recording.
On the plus side, I did bring my iPhone 5 into the Apple shop yesterday because the sleep button was dodgy and they gave me a brand spanking new one
