Battlefield 3 Alpha Test

I got home tonight to find a code to redeem to do the Alpha test for BF3
I have downloaded Origin which appears to be a steam like system and then redeemed the code to download the Alpha version.
maybe a late night,has anyone else got this?

ok then here it is .....Bad Company with new maps ...locked out with bf3.exe errors just like last one...small maps and yep I know its Alpha but you would think the first fix would have been the .exe freezes from the last game
not for me.
great for the consoles as no Q E or prone

That's unfortunate, do other people have that problem too?
This is part of the reason I try not to play Alphas or Betas because it's so easy to encounter something shit and be put off by the whole game, saves you £30 if the whole game is shit I suppose but I'd rather give the finished product a shot.
Give it another go when the Beta is out?
