BF3 Time out issues

Hey Guys can someone help me out here please. I keep getting time out's lost connection to the server. I have BT Total Broadband is there a setting or a link telling me how to fix this please? I keep loosing my scores.

You should do that for all your online games and ts

Also make sure UPnP is disabled.
