Found this on the CG site, could be handy.
Hey peeps, I found how to make text binds in Black Ops
First find your config_mp.cfg file in:
\\ Steam\\steamapps\\common\\call of duty black ops\\players
open with wordpad
copy and paste these in or add your own
2 examples:
bind F5 "say \\"^7GG all.\\""
bind F4 "say_team \\"sorry 4 tk\\""
Note: Make sure you make the file \'read only\' after you save it (otherwise black ops will revert back to its steam version.)
The color codes are:
^1 = red
^2 = green
^3 = yellow
^4 = blue
^5 = light blue
^6 = purple
^7 = white
^8 = (not sure, but you can find help for yourselfs LOL)
^9 = grey
^0 = black
