Could do with some help, Bf hardline

Basically half way through a round of Hardline, my computer locks up, giving some bull about my graphics card being physically removed, getting severely pissed off, paying for a huge title and not being able to play it lol, I have run a DXDiag and will upload it below, any help will be appreciated:

did you install the 350.05 hotfix driver? that helps for some.
