I don't think there will be an official starting hour but i'll be there quite early to set stuff up and to keep an eye on the guys installing the internet.
If you arrive in the late afternoon (after 16:30 local time) you should be able to get in. If you plan on arriving earlier let me know so I can see what i can do!
