Demetri and mouldy, i want to goto the lan so i have a suggestion for you both, how about i drive to hastings(where demetri lives) and leave my car there and mouldy picks us both up on his way to dover and we share the costs from there????

We can meet up with willow and the rest at dover, outbound ferry to calais is 12.55pm friday 6th june, inbound is sunday 8th june at 3.20pm, mouldy will need to book his car on it and we can send him the money, its £39 each way plus petrol.

Dem can get to Ashford station Kent for £11 which is on the route for you boys as Hastings is a little detour, Ashford would save you all lots of time and hassle and depends on what dem will be carrying on a train I suppose, but its an option for you.

Sorry guys but...:

IMPORTANT UPDATE (1/feb/2014):

I've received an e-mail from the owner this morning stating that the venue has been double booked for the weekend we were planning on getting it. Since the other organisation is one they work with frequently... we're getting screwed.

We have 2 possibilities at this point: either change the date of our LZX or look for another venue (which is available on the date we set). The venue owner has informed me that they ARE still available on the weekend of the 23rd, 24th, 25th of May 2014. 2 weeks prior to what we planned at this time.

I leave it up to you to choose what suits you best as I am not sure how many people have already booked flights/boats and if they can be cancelled/altered. If we choose to change the date and people that have already paid cannot make it, you'll get your money back!

If any of our Belgian/Dutch members know of a location we can hold our LZX, let me know by PM!

If you booked with P&O they normally dont change any fees if you change this early. I had to change my booking last year the day before cause I booked the retour on saturday instead of sunday and they charged nothing.
Anyway date doesnt matter for me as long as its not the weekend of 28 june.
