Port forwarding!

Hi guys, hoping you are all well?!

I am having trouble with my "NAT type" on my XONE. I've done a fair bit of research into it and it seems that I need to log into my router and change a load of the settings. I'll be honest, its all a bit of jargan to me and i'm not very comfortable doing it. I'm just wondering if any of you have had experiance with it and may be able to talk me through it or know of any quick fixes?

depends on who your internet provider is m8 if virgin really easy to do it if bt can be a pain in arse

its sky mate which I'm guessing is all BT provided

don't have a clue myself. Tried last year or so on the pc port forwarding to open up my NAT. No succes with Telenet as the provider....

You could try following the intructions, if you mess it up it's usually no biggie to do a hard reset on the router
