QTCODE4.DLL MISSING

Hey guys, when i try to open TS 3 i get an error saying QTCODE4.DLL MISSING. any ideas how to resolve this ?.
i have googled it, ran a registry scan (which is supposed to restore missing Dll) but it didnt work.
I also tried to down load TS3 again but when i come to run it another error comes up saying its not a windows .32 aplication (or something like that) but it wont install
Any help would be appreciated, or any free registry repair programs you can think of i could try.

if your running a 64bit version of windows, you\'ll need to download that mate not the 32

try to manually register the DLL file again by doing the following:

To register a dll file :

Click Start >Type in Search Bar:

regsvr32 <path>

Click Enter.
