This is yet another complaint/ticket i\'ve had to raise to game servers. I want to keep them all in this post from now own to keep track, i\'m sick off all the bullshit now from them and i am gettin some friggin compensation for it if it kills me, sorry, but i needed to vent lol!
To whom it may concern, AGAIN I find my self contacting you about your fantastic (please note the sarcasm here) servers. This time round our server is constantly giving us CI\'s (connection interrupts). It seems to be happening every 10mins, we have tried restarting the server but like most of your FAQ\'s/anything related to game-servers, It doesn\'t work! I find myself AGAIN asking for you to raise this ticket to your management team in the hope of getting some sort of compensation for the lack of game play we\'ve actually been able to get out of the server we\'re paying for. I no doubt will receive a reply saying "it should be working now" with no form of acknowledgement that you have an unhappy customer.

Some servers have been experiencing crashes at regular intervals. If you are affected by this, here is some information for you.
1: We have identified the likely cause of your crashing. We are relaying all information to Treyarch.
2: A fix for this may take some time to develop, depending on what parts of the actual server software need to be corrected.
We do not know when the fix will be implemented, but, knowing that nearly all crashing issues we have found are a result of one specific problem is an extremely good thing. When it is repaired, game stability should improve dramatically.
I have, however, credited your account with around 3 weeks worth of credit as the fix is being worked on.
