Just wondering what jobs you guys & girls have.

I work for Getronics wich is a company that provides technical support on IT level.

this means I work on a service desk. I am responsible for a part of the Philips support desk. We provide support on software and hardware provided by Dell to Philips. So it their network fails we got to make sure its all back up and running within 4 hours. And all of this is done remotly from the other side of the country.

So this means I\'m looking at a computer screen 8 hours a day and when I come home I stare at it some more. lol. cause Trinny and I run our own computershop. we got a website: www.pctuningshop.be but we also repair and build computers.

studying some latin, math ...

in the little free time I have, I collect Mario games ( mainly on Nintendo consoles, but also other ones

Work for a plastic company in Runcorn cheshire, have been there now 19years, in my current position i am a process technical operator, which means i set up all the machines on my shift to run a specific order,and once they are in production running these orders i move onto another machine.
We make plastic sheeting for the food company\'s ie Muller,Campina, Danone and Nom, theese customers take our sheet and make yogurt pots with them.

Spare time i do Fishing and spend time with my family, and in between play online games.

i work for Neoperl, neoperl is a water regulator company. the company makes regulators out of plastic that fit into boilers, taps, most water based prodcuts.
my job is a Research and design engineer, this means i design new types of regulators and i also work on exsisting products that are failing.

in my spare time iplay alot of football and spend time with my GF, oh and not forgetting sum gaylords that i play cod 4 with during the nights.

I am area Manger of Supported Housing covering Devon Plymouth and Torbay for a large Housing association, I oversee womens refuges,mental health, hostels etc most of my job is spent in meetings with local authorities and county councils and drinking lots of coffee
downside is we have been hit with millions of pounds of cuts so not sure if I will have a job by Christmas

I work for a magazine publishers (www.aceville.com) on a consumer food title for vegetarians. It's kind of ironic as I'm probably the biggest carnivore you will ever meet... I get the fun job of selling the advertising space to people who don't really want it half the time, however its a great job and I wouldn't want to change it.

Hmmm....I'm pretty sure they used to publish a magazine I subscribed to called PGI - Paintball Games International, I may be mistaken though. Shame they discontinued it a couple of years back.

I am a quality inspector for carrillion energy services, we do cavity wall and loft insulation and lots more . I go round to customer homes and make sure we have been doing our work correctly.

Just graduated uni with a degree in digital film and 3d animation technology, looking for a job as either a python developer or as a technical artists/director in the 3d industry.

I work for a logistics company in the construction industry. Been in the UK for 8 years now. We deal with the supply of labour, tradesmen, plant and equipment to different clients. We also get involved with security on construction sites and the vertical and horizontal movement of material on sites, etc., etc., etc. Sometimes sounds much better than it really is............

I am a 'Junior International Sales Assistant' at and extrusion and injection plant in the French speaking part of Belgium.

We ship airconditioning ducting, plinths, backing profiles and such to more than 72 countries world wide. I personally am the contact person for South America, Spain, Portugal and Italy. And as such I take care of the offers up to the deliverys and transport arrangements for my customers orders.
And i'm getting bored at it, so any interesting joboffers can be PM'ed

I also do some freelancing blogging for www.androidworld.nl (and dutch androidminded site covering phone reviews, app reviews and general news about the Android OS) and have started a smaller (personal) project for n00b's in smartphones called www.smartenough.be (also in dutch)
